Yes, a character's parents turn their backs on her when she is arrested, not believing her side of events. Also a mother is repeatedly institutionalised and taken away from her young daughter.

Both mental and physical abuse. man locks women in a room to punish them by making them do hurtful things to themselves (pulling out hairs, cutting their stomach), pushing down stairs, strangulation and tries to stop her from escaping
It’s implied that Andrew was probably abused as a child by his mother, but never shown. CeCe is never abused onscreen except when she is shown to be drowning in the bathtub, but she is clearly strictly taught to follow rules
Nina is seen getting drunk and splashing champagne all over herself after she escapes the house, but it’s just this scene she is not implied to be an alcoholic.
Haven’t seen it but from another site “In a flashback sequence we briefly see a clothed man on top of a distressed and struggling woman, raping her against her will (he is covering her mouth so no one can hear her protests). The moment is brief and followed by a shocking violent attack against the rapist.
Other sexual violence includes:
A man touching a woman from behind, she is clearly uncomfortable A sex scene shown from above looking down on a woman staring black faced up at the ceiling while a man actively moves on top of her. She does not actively engage in the sex but allows it to happen due to the controlling nature of the relationship.”
A woman is held down while being raped ,as we can see her mouth being covered and her looking terrified and their is another scene were a character is handcuffed
Some (sometimes up close) shots with audio and visual of; - someone cutting into their stomach - someone pulling out their tooth - someone stabbing someone else in the neck - a dead body - a smashed head - a bloody nose & head from falling down stairs - someone ripping their hair out - lots and lots of blood
About 1hr 30 maybe? Sydney Sweeney’s character Millie is forced to cut her stomach using a broken piece of crockery (a ceramic plate). When she’s sitting with her back against the wall of the attic and turning the piece over in her fingers, look away, audio and visual. For about 1 min. Once she stops screaming, waiting a few seconds and once she slides the broken plate under the door you’re good. Then when the MMC Andrew comes back in he’s going to kiss Millie awake and lift up her shirt to check that she cut herself properly. Visual only for a few seconds. Once he says “you’ll learn” you’re good

There are two scenes where characters fall down stairs. SPOILERS! - Andrew pushes Nina down the stairs to the attic directly after she unlocks the door. She falls all the way down and hits her head. - Millie pushes Andrew over the banister of a stairwell and he falls to his death, his head hitting the handrails on the way down. He does not necessarily fall/tumble down the stairs but he falls from the top of them

Towards the end about 1hr 45 maybe?, Sydney Sweeney’s character will slide a pair of pliers under the attic door. You’re good to watch until Sydney (Millie) says “hold on, I want to watch” and pulls out the phone. Look away for maybe 1 min. Not too graphic as you just see Andrew put the pliers in his mouth and scream and blood drip down his chin but still uncomfortable to watch. You’re good after Millie says “now slide it under the door”. You’ll see the tooth in the pliers. If you don’t want to see that, wait until Millie says “I’ll come back in the morning”
Yes, a character is beaten to death with a paper weight however it is out of frame so more left to the imagination. Meanwhile a different character does die from hitting their head on a bannister, not squashed but quite nasty
Andrew breaks bones and damages his head while SPOILER** he falls down the stairwell, but it’s not known until after the fact. There’s no visual or audio of bones explicitly breaking
Spoilers; - Andrew is murdered at the end of the film, his funeral is later held and shown - Millie murders a man but the action is not directly on camera

not really. The only ones are when Nina shows up out of the blue while Millie works around her house. It is meant to be in a creepy way but not like overly jumpy and scary
No but it could be assumed that Andrew forces eating restrictions onto Nina just like he does with everything else. Also when the girls are trapped upstairs they only have water to drink and no food

Yes. Just yes. Andrew is violent and screams at Nina to leave his house. Nina is often seen having meltdowns and screaming or hurting herself. She breaks plates and yells at people.

Flashing at several points: Throughout the hotel scenes there are sudden lightning flashes through the windows. Police vehicle lights whenever the police officers turn up. Mostly it is daylight so not too noticeable but during ending scenes at night-time red/blue flashing becomes very intense.
The main characters appear in full nudity without genitals shown and there are multiple sexual scenes. The romantic sexual scenes do not have audio except kissing and are more like a montage. There is also one violent rape scene and one less obvious rape scene, both of these have audio. A man is also seen after a sexual act fully naked
