A young teen is being manipulated by a man "three times her age" in the beginning of the movie- this is quickly punished and shown as nothing but reprehensible. Later another teen is watching porn with adults, but nothing sexual happens to the teen and one of these adults is also punished. A couple of children are caught in the violence of the movie. One could certainly argue that Halloway is abusive, or at least negligent, to his daughter but he doesn't mean to be.

The way a woman dies in the opening scene is kind of a spectacle but I don't think it counts based on this definition.

the (definitely fake) pet fish are removed and thrown at another person but it wasn't done to torture the fish in particular and there wasn't any sadistic focus on them 'dying', they just bounce off the person they're thrown at and some comments are made but that's all

this is done deliberately to (at least) one character by another, and is a bit hard to watch, but not too graphic compared to many other action movies

A man punches through glass and is injured. It seems to be mostly his wrist that is cut up but his hand is also covered in blood. Another character's hand gets stepped on. A man gets his hand slammed in a car door and reacts in pain.

About 10 mins in he punches through a window and cuts himself pretty bad, gags a bit because “that’s a lot of blood” he says and then stumbles over to faint from seeing blood.
The dead body scene mentioned is about 40ish mins in, they just gag really hard, and cut from there.
