In cartoony fashion, of course. A small toon having their head squeezed to the point of their eyes popping out, and a larger topn hitting themself in the head with a large hammer to prove their "resilience". Neither of them die from this.

Near the end of the movie, a main character walks out of the room while another is distracted and tries to go back home.

Cartoon animals are tortured in labs, including Daffy Duck, whose bill is amputated. A villain restrains and chokes Tweety Bird in his fist. Otherwise, standard cartoon violence involving animals.

Several loud, sudden explosions, falling objects, and other pratfalls throughout the film, some with virtually no warning. Two instances where a car is destroyed are particularly jump-worthy: after Will Forte says, “I don’t know how it could possibly get worse!” and later after he reads “That’s all, folks!” on a different car’s windshield.

A lot of these moments can be seen in the trailers and promos, so I recommend checking those out if you want a heads-up. I also recommend seeing it in a quieter theater if you’re particularly sensitive, it’s VERY loud in Dolby Cinema!

I'm going to say "No".

After the initial flashback in 1992/1993 in the laboratory with the scientist, you flash forward to see Coyote beginning his magnet, metal pellet, bird seed scheme. After he gets hit and run over by a truck, you see him sit up, his face/eyes turn green for a split second before he "coughs" up a wheel and then, just as quickly, a second wheel.

Later in the movie upon first the protagonist getting to the hotel for the first time with the Coyote, the Coyote picks up and sniffs a green xxxx bottle where his face/eyes turn green and sorta gags, but he doesn't v.

If you're like me, you might flinch at first, because you don't know what's going to happen, and you don't really get a warning for the first scene. But upon second watch, it was perfectly fine. Even the first time wasn't so bad for me. It's all from a very cartoonish, animated character.

It is played as a gag as described above, also mentioning that many other toons break loose from the institution and start wreaking havoc

Several scenes in the second half featuring members of the press taking lots of photos with flash. The Senate Committee hearing sequence which is about 10 minutes long has camera flashes throughout.

Earlier there’s a scene where Will Forte walks into a motel room and there’s intense flashing. Here there is a visual reveal you might miss, but they discuss it in the following scene.

Normal cartoonish violence like smacking themselves with a giant mallet or purposefully using Acme products to injure themselves in order to prove a point

Weird, but not sexual assault. The toon in question only asks to remove his pants, not his underwear, and it's clearly supposed to be a joke about how some of the toons only wear a shirt - such as Porky, who appears later in the same scene

No scenes, but there is a message near the end of the credits thanking all the fans who spoke out when the film was shelved and demanded that it be released.
