ok guys I have severe emetephobia and I couldn’t see sh*t in the Trojan horse or the storm boat scene but the scene that I hated was the audio of the pig force feeding scene… I’m more triggered by visual usually but the audio of the pig scene was a lot. I recommend using the restroom during this part :(

The sound design of the movie is quite explicit and disturbing. There were multiple scenes where I had to look away from the physical gore, but the audio gore was still enough to trigger me. The worst culprits were the circe scene and the battle of Troy. I’ll also note that the cyclops scream is not gory necessarily but the sound design makes it quite haunting and I still cried.

In response to the answer about Antinous - he drew lots like all the others when Odysseus was gathering men to go to war. This is towards the end. Some bandits will come up to a blind man’s house and the dogs bark at them. But that’s not the bad scene, leave when Odysseus arrives back on his home island. The man who owns the dogs is burning their bodies and you see their skeletons in the fire
